Customer-Facing Project Manager (Scrum, Jira), full-time, Austria or remote

We are seeking an experienced Customer-Facing Project Manager to join our team! As the primary point of contact with our clients, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Your expertise in Scrum, Jira, and  Open Source technologies will help us streamline our project management processes and deliver top-notch services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects using Scrum framework and Jira tool
• Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions, on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and timelines in Jira

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the IT industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software industry
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira project management tool (admin-level knowledge)
• Experience working with Open Source technologies, preferably PostgreSQL
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management system
• Fluency in German (for local candidates)
