We are expanding and are looking for a new member to support our marketing team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing strategies and paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (website, Google Adwords, social media channels)
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates
- Analysis of performance data and creating reports to derive actionable recommendations and optimization options
- Initiating and managing cross-channel projects to increase sales and generate leads
- Budget control, preparation of forecasts and monitoring and analysis of current trends and innovations
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing or a related field
- Several years of experience in SEA
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and confident handling of web analysis tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- High quality standards and a deep understanding of target groups
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English
