Payroll & HR Assistant, 20h, Wöllersdorf (Austria)

As one of the market leaders in this field, CYBERTEC is constantly growing and expanding its business. We are seeking for an Payroll & HR Assistant (f/m/d) for our headquarter in Wöllersdorf (Austria)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR process along the employee life cycle
• Collaboration on (inter)national HR projects
• Preparation and review of (inter)national employment contracts and related documents
• Preparation of monthly payroll accounting (on-call duty, entries, departures, travel expenses)
• Administration of time recording and monitoring compliance with working time regulations 
• Contact person for questions relating to labour, social security and payroll tax law as well as collective agreements

Key qualifications

• Completed training in payroll accounting or similar qualification is required
• Commercial training and at least 3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar position
• Experience in the area of recruitment
• Good knowledge of payroll accounting and Austrian labour and social security law is required
• Knowledge of international labour law is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a prerequisite
• Perfect knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Loyalty and discretion in dealing with confidential topics and content
• Accuracy, organisational skills, reliability, flexibility and networked thinking
• High level of solution-orientation and independent working style 
• Communicative, committed, team-orientated and responsible personality

We are looking for a competent employee for a long-term co-operation. The position is intended as a 20-hour part-time position, the number of hours can be increased if required in the future. The salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
