As the year draws to a close, it’s a natural time for reflection. We look back at the challenges we faced, the milestones we achieved, and the lessons we learned. At CYBERTEC, 2024 was a year filled with its share of turbulence - bankruptcies, geopolitical tensions, and negative headlines marked the economic landscape. Yet, we are proud to say that we have navigated through global challenges successfully, emerging stronger and more committed to our mission.

Despite the hurdles, CYBERTEC experienced notable growth in 2024. We expanded our team, implemented new internal processes, and completed significant initiatives, including the critical task of achieving ISO certification. As the Head of Sales, my role has been multifaceted, juggling responsibilities between sales, events, and paperwork. It’s a demanding workload, but the results make it all worthwhile. Witnessing the success stories from our completed projects fills me with optimism and confidence about the future.
As we step into 2025, we recognize that the road ahead will not be easy. Growth often comes with its own set of challenges. The imperative to stay on the ball is more crucial than ever. For CYBERTEC, this means continuously seeking new opportunities, forging new collaborations, and maintaining our visibility at industry leading events.
One of my key focuses for the upcoming year is cohesion—my word of the year. Cohesion is vital not only within our teams but also with our partners. The strength of our partnerships can significantly increase exposure to valuable opportunities. However, fostering genuine connections requires effort, communication, and a sense of belonging.
Our first partner event at our headquarters in Wöllersdorf demonstrated how important relationships are. Connecting with our partners and working together to make a positive impact was exciting. In 2025, we plan to build on this collaboration by continuing to share exclusive updates via partner newsletters and offering consultation hours to strengthen our connections. As demand from customers for global presence continues to rise, we are excited to expand the partner ecosystem to more countries and even enter new continents. Together, we can achieve so much more!
