Sales Tender Manager will be responsible for seeking the relevant tenders for CYBERTEC projects worldwide. This includes managing documentation, cost estimation, compliance and final bid submissions. The candidate will handle all the paperwork related to tendering, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Find out tenders for PostgreSQL Services & Support worldwide & assess with respect to CYBERTEC
- Review & Scrutiny of Tender Documents worldwide & maintaining Tender Databases.
- Ensure all tender documents are compliant with standards and requirements, oversee the preparation of financial and technical reports, and conduct post-tender analysis.
- Capable of managing multiple tenders, ensuring timely submissions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the SPOC for the tendering and customer questions relating to technical questions
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office, and tendering platforms.
Key Requirements
- Ability to handle complete tender documentation, filing, and regulatory compliance.
- 5-10 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement.
- Experience of drafting of Agreements/ Contract/ contractual letters
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with IT industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Proficiency of working on “The Atlassian tool-suite”.
- Strategic thinking, financial analysis, communication, attention to detail, project management, leadership.
- Experience of handling PostgreSQL tenders or IT projects will be an advantage.
